Leap's of Faith

Leap's of Faith I signed up as an Independent Beachbody Coach last week! It's something I've been wanting to do for honestly about three and half to four years now. There was always a reason to talk myself out of signing up, it seemed. What if I look silly or fail? What will people say? And on and on... For some reason the voice in my head finally changed. Thank God! I had thought of all of these possible scenarios, most of them not positive. The new voice was saying that I could really use this right now. And what if I actually help some people? So I bit the bullet.
I've done Brazil Butt Lift in the past. I didn't exactly follow the program perfectly (but close), nor did I follow the recommended eating plan (at all). I did however, consistently make smarter decisions at meal time. I STILL had great results! This time I've chosen the 21 Day Fix! Honestly it's so simple and such a short time to see some significant change. You can change your diet and loose weight. You can workout and loose weight. To get the best results, let alone what's best for the your health is to do both!
The 21 day fix makes doing both so simple and time efficient. The only equipment I needed to buy was either a pair of dumbbells or a resistance band. It's just one 30 minute workout a day. There is an easy to follow eating plan. The color coded containers and a Shakeology shaker cup are included. The meal plan comes with a restaurant guide, as well as tweaks for things like wine and chocolate, as well as vegetarian and vegan options! You get six 30 minute workouts as well as a bonus workout, on DVD. If you order through me you will also get a bonus Piyo Fix workout DVD as well. Besides the essentials pack, you'll want to order Shakeology as it is part of the eating plan. It comes in a nice array of flavors. There are vegan options with Shakeology as well.

The main reason I chose to go the independent coach route is to help others by keeping them accountable, but in doing so keeping myself accountable with my own goals through the process. Unlike becoming a certified personal trainer (eventually), I have time to get started in helping people in reaching their own fitness goals. I've been wanting to be a personal trainer since way before wanting to be a Beachbody Coach oddly enough. I started studying for that back in 2004... And stopped. I was too busy with school at the time. However, being an Independent Beachbody Coach fits my current life schedule. Follow the road ahead, especially if you're skeptical! Just to prove that the program is enough on it's own, I will be doing the program to the letter with Shakeology and my boyfriend will be tagging along without Shakeology.
